Refund policy: In the event of a cancellation you should the need arise, we strongly recommend that you cancel your reservation by telephone directly with Celyn Villa Tel: 01352 710853. If a cancellation is made more than 14 days from the date of arrival the refund will be made less a handling charge of £10 per person per night. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the date of arrival or non-arrival a charge equivalent to the total reservation at the rate at which the reservation was made will be levied. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. If you wish to change your booking, simply cancel and rebook, cancellation charges apply.
